Go to Solution. March - last edited March DefektIV49 There usually is a very clear flow. Normally issues like this are due to confusion over which code was consumed. Please be sure that you have consumed the code for a base game, rather than a DLC code.

You may have more than 1 code in the box for some products, please check for this. If you have consumed a DLC code you can't download the content until you have a copy of the base game. View in thread. The game content should then appear on the My Games page, you can download it from there.
